1:2:1 coaching sessions conducted either virtually or at Empowered HQ (Horsham, West Sussex) - £80
These run at a standard coaching session length of up to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Shorter ‘lunchtime’ sessions
Shorter virtual coaching sessions that last up to 45 minutes - £60.
Home/office visits
I offer home or office visits at £150.
*Available in Sussex, Surrey and London, including surrounding areas.

Coaching Off The Couch
Coaching out and about - £150 (includes travel and travel time).
*Available in Sussex, Surrey and London, including surrounding areas.
Coaching off the couch sessions can run up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Family Mediation
These can be conducted virtually, but are best achieved in person in your home.
*Maximum of 5 attendees per family session.

Sessions conducted in your home - £200 (includes travel and travel time)

Family Mediation sessions can run up to 2 hours.
Couples coaching
Virtual/at the Empowered office - £120

Anonymous Coaching
